Our Curriculum

ECO_024 - curriculum.jpgWe're impressed with our curriculum, now it's your turn! We hope to engage your child's sense of identity by capturing his/her imagination and attention. So, we put a lot of effort into providing our students with substantive lessons and a positive atmosphere.
 
ECO_024 - curriculum.jpgThe lessons are multi-sensory and hands-on, ensuring that the students truly experience what they are being taught. The lessons are structured with discussion-starters, to create a lively, interactive classroom experience. The information truly becomes the student's own.

Our Hebrew School uses the new, acclaimed Aleph Champ program to ensure that  your child will read fluently at the end of his/her Hebrew School experience.

HEBREW
Our students learn to read & write Hebrew. They gain confidence and familiarity with the Siddur-Hebrew Prayer Book.

TORAH
Study of the weekly Torah portion provides our students
with practical lessons that apply to our daily lives.

ISRAEL
Our students will attain an affection for our heritage and a
uniqueness of our homeland Israel.

JEWISH HISTORY
The students gain an appreciation of our heritage and culture that
has been preserved throughout the ages.

HOLIDAYS AND SHABBAT
Traditions and celebrations, exploring
the Jewish Holidays and Shabbat will provide a deeper
understanding for our students.

JEWISH VALUES
Beginning with the origins of the mitzvoth,
stressing practical applications in our daily lives, our
students will explore a personal Jewishness.

Annual Tuition: $150(includes supplies/book fee)

First Taste Program: Ages 4 & 5 (pre-K & kindergarten)

First Taste is designed to grab a child's attention with song, art, drama, and games. By exposure to the aleph-bet, Torah tales, prayer through song and holiday studies, a child gains a sense of pride and love for Judaism. Our "My Jewish Home" project is sure to imbue a student's entire life with Jewish identity.

Tier II: Ages 6 & 7 (1rst & 2nd Grade)

Teir II students learn the foundations of the Hebrew language, begin studying the Torah - portion by portion (starting from Genesis), and prepare for each Jewish hoilday. Interactive and age appropriate challenging lessons make the core values of our faith come alive. 

Our 'Seniors': 8+ (3rd+ until Bar/Bat Mitzvah)

This program offers a more advanced Hebrew and Judaic studies curriculum - both through the "Aleph Champ" motivational system and the "L'shoneinu" Hebrew grammar course. Students learn to read Hebrew and gain an appreciation for the who, what, and why of Jewish Life and tradition.
